Processing & Shipping
Orders are shipped within 7–10 business days after your order is placed.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are calculated at checkout.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orphic Beauty is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been shipped, Orphic Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance if your package is delayed or marked as delivered but cannot be located.
