Refund policy


At Orphic Decor, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our refund and return policy below:


- No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason.


  • - Shipping Protection: If you do not purchase shipping protection, you will not be eligible for a refund or reshipment in the event of a lost or damaged item. However, we may make exceptions at our discretion.

Return Policy
- Defective Products: We accept returns for defective products or errors on our part. To qualify for a return, the item must be returned within 5 days of delivery, in its original packaging, and in unused condition.
- Return Shipping Costs:
  - If the product is defective, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  - If the return is not due to a defect, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Processing Fee

If a refund is requested due to an address change or similar adjustments before the order has finished processing, the following terms apply:

- Processing Fee Deduction: A restocking/processing fee will be deducted from the refund to cover transaction and administrative costs.

- No Refunds After Processing: Once the order has been processed, refunds for address changes or adjustments will no longer be available.

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our made-to-order products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.


In rare cases where a refund is approved at our discretion:

• Processing fees are non-refundable. Payment processors do not return these fees to us, so they will be deducted from your refund amount.

• A restocking fee will also apply.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.


By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.


To avoid issues, customers should double-check their shipping details before completing their purchase. Refund requests must be submitted as soon as possible.

 

How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at customerservice@orphicdecor.info within 5 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide Details: Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defective item, if applicable.
3. Return Instructions:Our team will provide you with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label if the return is approved for a defective product.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

Orphic Décor) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund
the value of any shipping paid.


RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at infoorphicdecor@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  Do not return an item without making sure your order is eligible. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

No Cancellation Policy

By making a reservation or purchase with us, you agree to our no cancellation policy. Once your purchase is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified for any reason. This policy applies to all orders.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, however, we are unable to make exceptions to this policy. We strongly recommend reviewing all details carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Fraudulent Orders Policy

1. Definition of Fraudulent Orders: Fraudulent orders are those that involve deceit, misrepresentation, or illegal activity with the intent to obtain goods or services without proper payment or authorization.

Detection and Reporting: We employ various measures to detect and prevent fraudulent orders, including but not limited to monitoring transaction patterns, reviewing suspicious activity, and verifying customer information. If fraudulent activity is suspected, we will investigate the matter promptly and take appropriate action.
3. Reporting Fraudulent Activity: Customers are encouraged to report any suspected fraudulent activity to us immediately. Reports can be made through our customer support channels or by contacting us directly. We take all reports seriously and will investigate them thoroughly.

Consequences of Fraudulent Orders: Customers found to be involved in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to making unauthorized chargebacks, will be subject to account suspension or termination. Additionally, we reserve the right to pursue legal action and report fraudulent activity to the appropriate authorities.
5. Customer Cooperation: Customers are expected to cooperate fully with any investigations into suspected fraudulent activity. Failure to cooperate may result in further action being taken against the customer.
6. Protection of Legitimate Customers: We are committed to protecting the interests of our legitimate customers. Measures taken to prevent and address fraudulent activity are aimed at maintaining a safe and fair environment for all users.
